Rider picks up
Our rider brings a Pouch Kit, collects your instruments, seals the kit with a QR label and takes a photo at your clinic as proof of pickup.
Lab sterilises
Instruments pass four logged stages at our lab and are photographed again once sterilised and packed. They are released only when every check passes.
Returned with report
Your instruments come back with a sterilisation report signed by the lab in-charge, plus a GST tax invoice by email.

Water and detergent wash
Removes blood and debris. Small and fine instruments go through an ultrasonic cleaner.
Chemical wash
Disinfects and prepares instruments so steam can reach every surface.
Class B autoclave
Vacuum steam sterilisation suited to hollow and wrapped dental and surgical instruments, with cycle time and test results recorded.
UV chamber
A final UV stage before the instruments are sealed and packed for return.
ETO bookings are for heat-sensitive items that cannot go through the steam autoclave; they are sterilised with ethylene oxide instead. Each report lists the apparatus used and the cycle times, and is signed by the lab in-charge.

Which areas do you serve?
Noida and Greater Noida today. Ghaziabad and Delhi will follow. The portal only accepts clinics with a pincode we currently serve.
How do I sign up?
Open the doctor portal, create your login and add your clinic details. We check and approve each new clinic before its first booking. You can then book pickups and see your bookings; sterilisation reports and GST invoices are emailed to you.
How do I pay?
Recharge your prepaid SteriLink wallet online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) When your wallet balance covers a booking, it is paid from the wallet automatically when you book. Otherwise you pay by UPI or cash when your instruments are returned. A GST tax invoice is emailed for every booking.
Which plan should I choose?
SteriLink Essential suits solo and small clinics, Professional suits growing practices, and Prime suits busy multi-chair clinics and larger pouches up to 300 mm. Each booking uses one pouch size; the portal shows only the sizes your plan includes and the most pouches you can send. For a second size, make a second booking.
What should I not put in the Pouch Kit?
No needles, blades or other sharps waste, and no disposable items. Have your instruments ready when the rider arrives.
Can I get my wallet money back?
Yes. Unused money you paid into the wallet is refundable on request. Bonus credit from offers is not refundable. See the cancellation and refund policy.
